Why do we listen to or read Ramadan poetry? Some people make videos etc. during Ramadan. On Ramadan Topic, they can use this poetry in their videos. They have permission from me. Anyone can use it.
This poetry is my own inspiration. I did not copy it from anyone and I think no one has written it before. This poetry is being published for the first time in Ramadan 2025.
I have written this poetry in two languages, Urdu and English, but I have added one more thing to it, which is Roman Urdu. Roman Urdu is a language that looks like English, but only those who can read Urdu can read it, not those who can read English. That is why I have added Roman Urdu.
I have added Roman Urdu because it is widely used in Pakistan, such as for messaging on WhatsApp and other apps. Roman Urdu is used with great interest in Pakistan.
Ramzan Poetry In English
Ramadan is a month full of light
Full of blessings, peaceful and bright
Kindness and love are everywhere
Allah’s mercy is in the air
Fasting teaches us to be strong
To stay away from what is wrong
Waking up early for Sehri time
Praying to Allah, feeling fine
At Iftar, we break our fast
Thanking Allah, His love is vast
People stand in mosques to pray
Taraweeh brings peace every day
Reading Quran, our hearts feel light
Filling our souls with pure delight
The Night of Power is full of grace
We pray to Allah in a quiet place
Ramadan teaches us to share
To help the poor and always care
Giving charity, spreading joy
Helping every girl and boy
Every good deed is rewarded more
Allah gives blessings from His store

رمضان کا مہینہ رحمتوں کا سامان
اللہ کی بخشش، مغفرت کا اعلان
رحمت کی برسات ہے چھائی ہوئی
ہر سو ہے نیکی کی روشنی چھائی ہوئی
روزے کا مقصد تقویٰ سکھانا
دل کو پاکیزہ، روح کو نکھارنا
سحری کا لمحہ ہے برکت بھرا
اللہ کی رحمت کا سایہ گھرا
افطار کی ساعت ہے رحمت کا نور
ہر روزہ دار کے لب پر ہے شکر
مسجد میں صفیں ہیں سجی ہوئی
تراویح کی محفل ہے بنی ہوئی
قرآن کی تلاوت کا موسم ہے آیا
دل کو سکون اور ایمان بڑھایا
لیلتہ القدر کی گھڑیاں سنوارو
دعا کے موتی دلوں میں اتارو
ماہِ صیام کا مقصد سمجھو
صبر و قناعت کا دامن پکڑو
ہر نیکی کا بدلہ ہے ستر گنا
رب کی عنایت ہے بے حد عطا
چاہے ہو دن یا رات کا پہر
ہر دم رحمت برستی رہے گھر
ہاتھوں کو دعا میں اٹھا لو ذرا
رحمت کے دروازے کھلے ہیں سدا
یہ وقت ہے نیکی کمانے کا
ہر غمزدہ دل کو سہلانے کا
زکوٰۃ و صدقہ کرو بے حساب
مسکینوں کے چہرے پہ لاؤ گلاب
یہی ہے عبادت، یہی ہے جزا
اللہ کو ہے صرف اخلاص بھا
آؤ ہم سب کریں یہ دعا
رمضان ہمیں خیر و برکت عطا
یہ رحمت کا موسم، مغفرت کا دن
اللہ کو راضی کریں ہر پل، ہر گھڑی
ہو دل میں اخلاص، زبان پر دعا
ہر دن گزرے نیکی کے ساتھ

Why is Ramadan poetry important for us? Ramadan poetry is a gift of Ramadan. It should be such that it reaches our soul and I have tried my best to write it like this.
